"Cute little place. We had a very comfortable stay. We hated to leave. Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, and Pike’s Peak. Great communication. Would definitely recommend."

"If you love the smell of cigarette smoke, you'll love this place. And when we messaged the proprietors early the first morning to request a refund (the smell was that unbearable), they claimed, falsely, that they'd never heard from us. Never did get our money back for that first night. Steer clear!"
