"We could not have had a better experience at CitizenM NOMA. The staff was exceptionally kind. The vibes were immaculate - very inclusive and welcoming. They also have the most efficient check-in/check-out I have ever experienced - no waiting in line to check in! The area is also perfect- close to everything but not in the middle of everything and in an area that felt safe, fun and inclusive."

"Overall this place was fantastic, but there was one big problem. There's about a 1 inch marble lip on the floor transition from the bedroom to the bathroom area. Myself and other guests tripped over it repeatedly, badly bruising our toes and feet in general. One guy told me they put a bath towel over the transition to help cushion it, but I didn't hear that til Day 4 of a 5 day stay, with one toes possibly broken on my right foot. Seriously. "I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the room was noticeably dusty, and the sheets, duvet, and mattress protector all had multiple stains. We immediately requested fresh bedding, and while the staff responded promptly, the replacement sheets also had stains on them. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they informed us that...
