Not located in the best part of town but also not the worst. While waiting for property owner to reply to messages for over an hour on how to park and pay, I was fearful for my safety as people in area were carrying bricks, shouting, and displaying erratic behavior. I would not park on street overnight. There's a hospital ER across the street. Good luck sleeping. If sirens weren't going off, the practically non existent see through "shades" had street lights in the room like the sun. The shower did not drain well and had horrible odor because of it. Good parts, it was clean (minus shower not draining), modern, and had everything you needed. The front desk attendant for building were more helpful than the host. Once you figured out access to building and apartment during check in, things were smoother. Check out was easy.

This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light. Not a downside, but remember you’re in the city so there may be loud talking (outside) or sirens from time to time. I would stay again.

If hell was a place this would be it literally if looks were it ….it would be the best place ever is a beautiful looking place, but as far as cleanliness and amenities and ease of getting in Area that we were supposed to go to was awful. The balcony was a selling point, which was not supposed to be used although the actual balcony door was broken so I had to Jimmy a chair under the door to stop it from flapping open during the night, I hated the moment that I got there until the moment that we left, we did not stay the whole time we’re looking for a refund for our trip. I doubt I would get it as while speaking to the host. He asked if I had had pets when clearly it stated that pets were allowed the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St. Metro is just a block walk. Everything was perfect from check-in. The team was super friendly and I will definitely be back. 5 star and more if I can Thank you all

Besides a few details (there was no comforter in one of the rooms and oven dirty) everything was fine. They managed immediately the situation and was all the time ready to answer, the apartament was perfect for our family, comfortable and with good space. The area is really close to a metro station so really convenient. Thanks.

I loved this! I got it at a great rate and I was surprised to the quality of the apartment. The area is hip and lively at night! The finishes of the apartments was really nice and the unit had a direct view of the monument and capitol! Showers had waterfall shower head. The virtual team was great and helpful. The penthouse apartment was a cool fun spot and can’t wait to go back!

getting into the building was horrible. system never took the QR, we finally used the backup number. Had trouble with the room keypad. Found the key in the empty locker two days into the stay - did you know? Rooms were ok.

New Years Eve Staycation

We chose this location for a NYE staycation! We stayed in Unit 503 which over looks T. Street & Florida Ave..What A Beautiful View Of The City! Management was superb! Very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen is extremely modern and includes a Keurig, cooking utensils and seasonings. The shower stall in the master bedroom is huge and the waterfall shower head is extremely relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, everyone was well rested. I highly recommend this location and will be booking another staycation with them again!

Clean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again.

Apartment was as advertised. I enjoyed the modern kitchen. The apartment was very clean. If you are getting a parking space ask for number to text to open garage door which is on the side of building before you get there. It is within walking distance of Howard University.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The four of us in my group were very comfortable. It was close to many places. The staff was very friendly and the online team answered me very quickly.
