"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️"

"Would have been nice to know before we checked in that the pool was closed. And then to be told that the hot tub works but it doesn't get hot. Would have never booked a room here if I'd known that. Don't advertise for a pool and hot tub if you can't use them. Pay extra to stay at a hotel for that reason and it's not available. They could have at least gave us a discount for that. And the only way to get the free breakfast item was to have to go to the front desk and ask for it. What a...

"We booked two nights and enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed a third night. I very seldom give a perfect score to a hotel but this was well deserved. The staff were outstanding! The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……"

It was the little things that I was struggling with. They only had a microwave in the lobby and many people struggled to use it. "The hotel could use some maintenance. The wires for the door lock had been visibly cut, allowing anyone in the building with or without a key. The room was clean, except for the couch cushion, that had dry vomit on it underneath. The staff was helpful, but their were no available rooms to switch to, so we had to go to a different hotel. We were refunded our whole 3 night stay,as the vomit was discovered the first night and room deemed unhabitable for humans."

"The property was great. Our only complaint was our shower wasn’t clean. We were staying in a handicapped accessible room, the shower bench had a lot of mold under it and was very dirty. We didn’t need it to be down but couldn’t get it to lift to the wall, I thought maybe there was a latch so looked underneath for something to help/unhook and it was pretty bad. "This place should be condemned and tore down. The place smelled like weed and the rooms were not clean at all. Toilet seat was falling off, hand print on the ceiling, stained bed sheets and towels, sticky floors, fridge space was half full of ice inside, bed rolled around. Shower had black and dirt in it, No fire alarms, whisker hairs all over the sink and counter, no anmentis except a bar of soap, no complimentary breakfast."
