"We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount. "Would not recommend. The gentleman at the desk was nice. I was in the shower when the cleaning lady unlocked the door and started coming in. I yelled that there was someone in the room. I thought it was my husband til I heard the female. This was at 8:30 in the morning. We reserved a smokefree room and it smelled horrible of smoke. Beds very uncomfortable, shower was off putting. We left a day early because of the issues. Never again for us."
