"All staff were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast is magnificent with plenty of choice and was very fresh. The coffee was the best we had during our whole stay in Ghent and Brugge. We ate in the hotel in the evening which was also very tasteful with attentive staff. The room was very clean and the bedding was luxurious. Access to the Spar is a nice bonus. "

"Rooms- the rooms were very specious and well kept. Very high tech i.e. scanning key before selecting floor. Easy to request for room service and 'do not disturb' Easy control of the heating. Breakfast- excellent spread of food and choice. The best breakfast I have had for a long while. Minimum 10/10 rating. Staff- nothing to fault. Great level of service and staff very friendly and approachable. Very professional. Location- great to get into town very easily with cabs/Uber. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning. "

"Interesting, imaginative conversion and very successful space. Really friendly staff and nice rooms. Be aware, and I didnt see it on site, that restaurant and bar does not open on Sundays or Mondays. Staff went out of their way to recommend alternatives, some in locality which were good but pretty busy."

"Parking garage is incredibly convenient. We had a huge balcony off our room. Fun vibe in the lobby. Only drawback is slightly removed location from historic area. Happy with the hotel though!"
