Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. "It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."
