Gutes Hotel und direkter Zugang zum Wellnessbereich. Leider war in der Badetasche im Zimmer ein nasses Tuch drin und der Bademantel hat noch gefehlt, was zusammen den ersten Eindruck trübt. Auf Nachfrage bekam man eine neue badetasche mit Slips, Personal sind unterschiedlich nett und manche sind in der Tat sehr nett und manche sind kalt. Massage und Restaurant sowohl frühstück als auch Abendessen sind zu empfehlen, Buffett hab ich nicht probiert. Service sind gut und würde weiter empfehlen. Ein Eiskratzer als Geschenk für die Gäste hat der kalten Jahreszeit Wärme verleiht und vielen Dank.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt bei diesem Hotel nicht. Grds. ist die Idee, Hotel und Therme direkt miteinander zu verbinden, eine sehr gute. Die Umsetzung ist auch gut gelungen. Weniger ideal ist die zwar saubere, aber spartanische Einrichtung des Hotels. Hier fehlt eine Struktur für eine gemütliche Linie und Ausstattung, die das Haus zu einem Ort des Wohlgefühls werden lässt. Das beginnt im Übrigen schon bei der Außenansicht des Hotels. Besonders schwach war der Empfang an der Rezeption. Von einem Gefühl des Willkommens konnte keine Rede sein, eher die Vermittlung des Gefühls, mit seiner Abwesenheit zu nerven. Das ist ganz schlecht für ein Haus mit Anspruch. Daher auch die mäßige Benotung. Bei einem Preis von 150€/Nacht im großen Doppelzimmer, hätte n wir es anders eingeordnet.

Die Rezeption hat uns bei der Abreise die Abrechnung anderer Gäste überreicht. Der freundliche Hinweis, dass es sich um eine Verwechslung handelt wurde zuerst mit: "kann ich nichts machen, müssen sie jetzt zahlen" beantwortet. Im weiteren Verlauf der Diskussion leider nur noch unverschämt und laut und überhaupt nicht mehr sachlich geworden. Vollkommen überfordert, absolut keine Fachkraft und folgerichtig von den Kolleginnen aus dem Verkehr gezogen worden. Geht gar nicht. Dadurch nicht das Geld Wert. Wir kommen nicht mehr.
