"Beautiful resort. Loved the options of 4 pools to choose from. The room was spacious and offered wonderful amenities. The breakfast and dinner staff was very friendly and accommodating. In particular, we appreciated their focus on naming allergens in all their dishes. That made it easiser for my son to eat safely and comfortably. "We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."
