"Only one night stay in Zermatt after train ride on Glacier Express but nice view of Matterhorn from room, good restaurant downstairs, efficient staff, complementary transportation to and from train station, great area to walk around. "

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

While at the hotel, we experienced a village wide blackout and were snowed in. The staff worked quickly to adjust our accommodations and move us to one of their other hotels with emergency power. "Grazioso hotel in posizione centrale , vicino al Casinò e alle terme . Camere pulite e carine , hotel molto silenzioso ideale per rilassarsi. Personale gentilissimo e presente , colazione fantastica e buon ristorante. Per essere un 3 stelle é molto meglio di molti 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato ."

"Hotel breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is a little bit out of the way, especially when coming back with skis. Going to the mountain in the morning was easier because there was a shuttle every morning that took you either of the three ways up the mountain.There is a ski equipment room, two hot tubs, and a pool. We used them every day and they were very clean. "
