When charged an enormous fee for valet, yet after following their verbal directions, still had to wait HOURS for car to be retrieved even after paying for it ahead of time!! Closet self parking was three blocks down the street and it was cold which is why we chose valet. Also, at these rates, there was no room service or at the very least, breakfast buffet since there was no room service!"
