"Great accommodation and staff attention"

"A very beautiful property just not the cleanest for the amount they want to charge. I'm thankful in the type of person that cleans every hotel before I stay or I wouldn't have been able to stay there at all. The amount of mold/mildew in the bathroom should definitely be addressed as their cleaning team definitely needs more training on basic cleaning methods. "We celebrated my husband's birthday and Laura (or Lauren) was amazing! Super pleasant check in experience, we got aa beautiful room with a magnificent vibes of the Chicago River. We had a dinner at the Korean restaurant on premises, absolutely delicious and interesting. Definitely would recommend this hotel as a romantic getaway, amazing location too."

"I was very disappointed with my experience at LondonHouse Chicago. I flew in from another state for Mother’s Day specifically to give my mother a special experience, and unfortunately she was not pleased with the service or the way we were treated throughout our stay. Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready, and I had to repeatedly ask multiple times for updates before finally being able to check in. "This stay was 10x better than we were expecting. Everything was phenomenal. The room was so much more spacious and beautiful that the pictures did justice. The staff was always great. and you cannot beat the location! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I will always recommend to my friends and family. The ONLY thing I would want changed is better toilet paper haha. After 6 days you need something a little nicer than Scott professional. Truly though, this was an amazing stay."

"Nice room. Front desk lines can be long and staff sometimes distracted by calls or gifts to give out etc instead of guests waiting in line. Bellman downstairs very nice and helpful and stored bags."
