"By all appearances, they don't clean the floors or the bathroom between guests. They provide one bar of soap for you to use in the kitchen, bathroom, and shower (I brought our own bar for showering thankfully). You also have to request shampoo from the front desk LOL. Cookware, plates etc available FOR PURCHASE at the front desk LMAO. We checked out a day early because (1) water was restored at my condo and (2) the place is too skeevy to stay for another day. Desiree was real nice and helpful in getting us a first floor room, designated as handicapped (which I am). It left much to be desired. I think most disgusting is the bottom of the bathroom door closest to the shower is peeling, curling etc from excessive water exposure over time. At what point will the cheap owners replace that damn door? Minimal towels provided, no facial tissue. A can of drinking water from vending machine a whopping $3.50. Parking not an issue. Sheets on the bed seemed clean. At this point, I'm just waiting for the hotel staff to respond to the hotels.com people's communications to get a waiver from them so I can be refunded for the third night we did not stay. We checked out at 9:30am, well before 11am checkout time. I just want my damn money back for the third night."

"The overnight rate for the valet is $59, so don't be surprised like I was. Public parking is across the street, but I didn't want to use it at night. The valet called me three times at 7 a.m. to ask if I had the key to my car: I couldn't get to the phone quickly enough to answer the first two times. I had left the key with the valet, so the call was totally unnecessary and totally unwelcome at 7 a.m. The air conditioning unit went on and off every five minutes all night no matter what temperature I set it at. I was in Denver for a medical procedure and need my sleep more than usual, but was awake most of the night from the on-and-off a.c. I have never stayed at a Hyatt with one smaller and softer pillow than the others on the bed. It was like sleeping with a bed roll for a pillow. The location is downtown, so if you aren't used to traffic noise, you're unlikely to get a good night's sleep unless the a.c. is running constantly - not on and off at five-minute intervals. Won't stay there again."

"The staff checking us in was awesome. Questions answered about having a non pet room due to allergies and where reassured that the pet used rooms are cleaned extra carefull and the filter in the room had recently been changed. Did not have an allergy episode and that was a plus. Reasonable priced, Breakfast buffet great."

"Very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean and comfortable! Walking distance to Union Station (about one mile). It was just my teen daughter and I and we felt very safe in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. We walked everywhere. Breakfast buffet $24.99 each but was not your normal hotel breakfast. It was quite delicious! And if you have a chance go to 5280 Burger Bar just next door and get the fried pickles! Would stay here again! "

"Staff was friendly and helped me change rooms as my first one was a conjoined room with loud neighbors. The conjoined room was a handicap room that was slightly dirty. The second room was a regular room and was so much better. The parking situation is rough though. At night the parking garage gets full and the spots are very small making it tricky to park and navigate. I did not get to try the breakfast as it costs extra and ended very early"

"The front desk needs to be watched better. Some horrible customer service. Miguel should be the highest paid person there. He was always helpful and with a smile to boot. The place is a cheap dump. Thin walls, no heat, no ventilation, gross dirty carpet, lumpy mattress, dirty window that doesn’t open, crappy breakfast with gross unwashed people wearing barely there pajamas in buffet and dining area. Their “market” is so poorly stocked. Not a bottle of water or. Diet Coke to be found. Really crummy location too."

"Breakfast was lukewarm all 3 days we ate there despite arriving soon after opening. Both elevators were out of service for part of our stay. Wi-Fi access went out on the last day -- perhaps because we'd been there a week? -- but desk clerk had no idea how to fix it. Cleaning staff kept skipping our room despite no request to do so. Definitely a mediocre experience"
