"If you are travelling with immunocompromised people , I would not recommend this motel . Cleanliness is so important . Bathrooms need good scrub. Here you are responsible for emptying your own rubbish bins . Great for arranging transport and giving tips on what to see. Nice little pool ."

"We have stayed at this property before, the last time 10 years ago & sadly not much has changed in that time - the rooms are now quite outdated & need a refurb, the carpets are quite dusty & the tiles dirty. We selected the 1 bedroom swim-up apartment based on the promise that the pools were heated. Sadly they were not, they were absolutely freezing & when I raised it on day 1 with the manager he spun an excuse & said he would get it looked at. After 8 days & many more asks we gave up! Very...

"Great resort, great location, and really friendly staff. The only thing we found, were the rooms and some general areas were unkept and not cleaned well. Other than that, it’s a great place!"

"The room was super spacious, big comfy bed, really nice bathroom, had everything we needed and there was a pool! Also, there was a shared kitchen next to the pool, if you wanted to go all out and cook your own food, otherwise, you had the necessities in your room. Super lovely staff also, very friendly and lovely to talk to."

"We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom Villa. It was perfect for our family of 7. Hotel staff was wonderful. Great looking property and fabulous pool area. Location is less than ten minutes from central Port Douglas. Access to the beach. We will definitely return for a longer stay!"

"We had 1 request that we followed up numerous times with reservations and were actually given the complete opposite on check in which we weren’t happy about. The man at reception was anything but helpful with our issue. There was only 1 warm pool, heater broken in 1 pool and the others felt cold all the time. Quite far out of town, need a car, short walk to 4 mile beach. Apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable but smelt super mouldy and damp."
