"Used the hotel for the final night of our trip due to its proximity to the beaches and LAX airport. However check in was disappointing, when we established that the sofa bed wasn’t made up in advance and were handed the bedding to do it ourselves. We had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with a king bed and sofa bed so if the sofa bed wasn’t made up where were the children going to sleep? "We have stayed at several Great Wolf locations including this one in Anaheim. I have to say that we were a bit disappointed this trip. Check in took well over an hour after a 10 hour travel day. We stayed 9 nights and not once was our room cleaned even though we made requests. We just started putting our full garbage bags in the hallway to be picked up and then they would put new bags in our room (along with rolls of toilet paper) by the sink for us to change on our own.

"The hotel was amazing. This was my first time staying at Ayres property as I had been wanting to for a while so when I saw the location and rates, I knew I had to take advantage of the deal.
We stayed in one of the suites, which came with a cute little patio. It was perfect for sitting down with a cup of coffee and a good book, or just enjoying some quiet time with beautiful mountain and lake views.
