"Ok . The property is small and very clean . My room was spacious very nice decoration . But two thinks keep me out of my best rating .. NUMBER ONE .. room was close to the street and very noise for that . Is you are planing to sleep well , you will not . NUMBER TWO .. WiFi , very unreliable last day was not working and inestable other days .! Breakfast is include and was good . Personal is very nice ! Note : amenities in the bathroom need improvements!"

"Obwohl wir das Hotel nur für die Durchreise gebucht haben und der Aufenthalt weniger als 24 Stunden betrug, war es ein sehr erholsamer Stop. Zimmer sehr sauber, Handtücher wie neu, das Frühstück hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt (p.s. es gab die leckerste Red Velvet Torte, die ich je zum Frühstück gegessen habe!) "Charming hosts and charming accommodations Located on the north-north-east side…inside the wall. Decor is pottery barn meets antique finds and best of ikea. Hosts are new owners, and maybe why so few reviews. Would definitely stay here again. Nice spot for coffee/breakfast/snacks just steps away."

"We were greeted very warmly on arrival by the friendly receptionist. Our room had plenty of space and a lovely veranda with a table, chairs and sun-beds with pool towers on. The pool area was very clean with a few sun-beds and comfy seating plus a hammock and another lovely outdoor area for relaxing. Not right on the beach but a short ride on our motorbike to the seafront where there was a lovely market plus bars & restaurants."

"Guiseppina, front of house, breakfast maker and server, and generally the go to person was superb. Rooms quite small but adequate. Very clean. Good breakfast ( not cooked), for €8. EXCELLENT coffee/ cappuccinos. Bit of a walk into centre of town - 10 to 15 mins. Lucca is a VERY picturesque city. Plenty to see and do. Lots of good restaurants. We booked a guided tour of city on our first full day. Started from Tourist Office. Worthwhile. Good train service to Pisa."
