"It's such a perfect accommodation! There's a comfortable bed and a spacious, clean bathroom. Cool water was in the refrigerator What was surprising was that I felt treated with personal coffee capsules, machine, and kettle. It was good to use a laptop comfortably because there was a lot of public space. However, one thing that is unfortunate is that it says the non-smoking area. However, I don't know if anyone is continuing to smoke or has smoked before, but it was a little hard. Because the smell of cigarettes in the room continued Other than that, there are large supermarket, bus stops, and tram stops nearby. Also, there is a cooking academy where you can make pastel de nata right across the street. There's the Belem on a 20-minute walk and it's all good!"

"Hotel is setup across 2 buildings and we were in the building up the street from reception but this wasn’t an issue. The room was clean and we had a view onto Rossio Square but being on the 4th floor we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was good and it was quiet on both mornings."

"Fabulous hotel with amazing staff. From the moment we arrived they could not do enough for us. Such a great vibe. Easy check in to a great room. The hotel was spotlessly clean a really smashing hotel so central with an array of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Getting around so easy access to trams buses taxis and metro all close by and very good value for money. 20 minutes from airport. Food in the hotel restaurant was really good reasonably priced and again the staff were friendly. A frequent traveller and stayed in quite a few hotels around the works but have to say Santa Justa in my opinion ranks amongst one of the best. Thank you to everyone at Santa Justa for help making our stay happy and memorable. Will definitely be back later in the year🙂"

"Excellent location, close to Marquis do Pompal statue and large city park. Friendly staff. Extremely comfortable studio apartment with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Cleaning is done weekly but towels etc changed daily. Highly recommended."

"They gave me a room with a broken shower. I asked the person contacted if there was any availability for my room before 2 p.m., and she flatly said no. If I'm not mistaken, her name is Nicole. Then I consulted with another employee, and the other employee was willing to help me and did help me."
