"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic experience at Hotel X. The location was perfect with beautiful lake views and just a few steps from Budweiser Stage, which made getting to our concert super convenient.
The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Our concert started at 3 p.m., which meant we needed an earlier check-in time. Even though it was well before the usual time, the team graciously let us check in after 11 a.m. While we waited in line to check in, we were offered cold water, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The valet service was also great. Everything was smooth and quick, and it made the whole arrival and departure process so much easier. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Highly recommend Hotel X if you’re going to a show at Budweiser Stage, visiting Exhibition Place (the X), or planning to attend the CNE. We’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the entire team."
"This is right in the middle of downtown Toronto's major shopping / dining intersection. Parking is tough. Many destinations are walkable or a short taxi ride away. Taxis are available from a cab stand right out the door so easy to get a taxi. The top floor had a pool and exercise room and a viewing deck for the skyline as well. Really cool.
