My stay was uncomfortable; for two day’s breakfast was not provided as it stated in the reservation. Management only provided cereal and left a note on the counter but did not informed guests. Housekeeping staff did not come to the room during my four day stay. I ended up having to check out early.

I really liked the hotel, very spacious. The room itself i felt like it wasnt fully cleaned before we got it. There was trash in the drawers and some clothes that was left behind. I wish there was more linens and more towels.

Only 1 elevator and it is a small and sour odor. It is unsafe - jerks at each flooř, door closes on you even when something is in its path. Handicap parking is at the door that is not accessible - it leads to a 3 floor flight of stairs. At the pathway by the pool to the door closest to the elevator there is no handicap parking. Ashtray is right next to te door. Hotel smells...sour .shower has no soap dish, the drain is dirty and when start shower water is slow to drain so stand in 3 inches of dirty water with floties from drain. Brackets for body was, shampoo and conditioner hanging up in shower

The room we booked was over sold. So rather than a two bedroom suite, we had to split up and put one parent with one child in each room which had us running back and forth the whole trip. Not enjoyable at all!

When traveling with kids, it is always easier and more affordable to book a stay with a kitchen. This was a nice stay for the price, with a great layout and comfortable beds. The linens were a bit thin and the kitchen was understocked and plates in cabinet and dishwasher were dirty. I washed everything before we used it, to be on the safe side. The staff were very pleasant and helpful! We didn't use the outside space but it has a nice pool and basketball court as well as additional amenities that all looked well kept. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Grapevine.

Fantastic across the board!!
From the moment we walked in, it was so warm and cozy and knew it would be great. Such an adorable, comfortable, quiet, spacious and clean place to stay!! The staff is great. Free full hot breakfast is loaded with so many choices. We absolutely love it. We have the 1 bedroom w/fireplace suite. It has everything you would need and full kitchen. Feels more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. It’s is fabulous!! Feels like home. :)

No room service provided for a longer stay.
Hilton Brand was not represented in the overall service. We stayed at this hotel from 22-Dec through 25-Dec-2023. - No room service was provided even after making a request for two days in a row to simply replace used towels with new ones and make beds. There was a big pile of used towels in our room by the time we checked out, but no one cared to take them. - It appeared that the front desk clerk and the management team didn’t have any control over the cleaning staff. They kept on telling us that we have informed the cleaning staff of your request and assured us that our room will be serviced. But no such luck.

This property is located right in the middle of everything, easy access to the freeway and everything we were looking to do. When we got into our room we promptly noticed there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. We requested a shower curtain and the front desk had no idea how to solve this problem and no desire to help. Our two bathroom suite became a one bathroom suite until one of the housekeepers thought to go snatch a shower curtain from a different room. This hotel doesnt offer the basic necessities in each room and doesnt care to help when youre left without what you need. We are expected to pay full price for the room and amenities offered however their staff doesnt feel compelled to hold up their end of the bargain. Anything you need is an inconvenience on their part. Weve stayed in this hotel twice and both times we were left wanting. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay. ro

The hotel didnt have enough pillows or blankets for the amount of beds in the room. When we asked for more the front desk simply said they didnt have any. One of the bathroom doors was locked and they refused to open it so we were down to 1 bathroom in a 2 bathroom suite. There was mold in the shower and the floor tiles were popped up and loose. The pans in the "kitchen" were damaged beyond use and there was no silverware. The front desk was very inconvenienced any time they had to speak to us. We booked a two bedroom, two bath suite with a kitchen and we were left with a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite with no pillows or blankets for my family to use. Overall it was a terrible experience and the staff couldnt have cared less.

We had no air conditioning our first night to stay and notified the front desk but we were told there were no other suites only 2 king beds in one room. That would not work since we had 2 different families. We were miserable. They still had not fixed it the next afternoon at 5:00. Finally moved us to a new suite after notifying them 3 times that we were having AC problems. They had no intentions of fixing our problem. It was high sixties and hot air was coming out of the vent. I am not satisfied with our stay.

The TV and toilet did not work in our room. They were able to move us to another room on night 2 of 3. If you choose to stay here, get a room on the third floor. You will not sleep if anyone is in the room above you

This hotel was very dirty, and had a family of roaches marching around like they were on duty. They only gave two small towels and two big towels, for a 5 night stay. I had to keep asking for towels. Not only that, they only had two pillows. It seem like this was a ran down motel, instead of a hotel. The manager didn’t seem concerned at all, and said that he would give us Hilton points for the inconvenience, which I never received. So, if you don’t mind staying with a colony of roaches, that will show up to say “wassup” like they own the place when you walk in the hotel room, by all means book with them. If I could upload pictures and videos of these roaches I would, I have plenty of proof.

Following a bad stay at a different hotel in another city, I booked Homewood for my family of 6. HOMEWOOD IS AWESOME!!! Staying here was an absolute joy for us, from the delicious breakfast, to the comfortable pool, to the attractive fitness room, to the helpful, friendly staff.
