Reception desk was dirty, I complained about it but they never bothered cleaning it till we left after a stay of 5 days. Imagine housekeeping not taking a it trash after dropping new towels. "The Staff at this Location was very friendly, they interacted with the guess as you travel through the lobby. Rooms were clean, each morning they come in and clean/ make up the bed and restock toiletries, wash cloths, and towels. Great experience, Excellent Customer Service."

"The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying...

"Good points: Location (even with the road work), breakfast buffet and staff (Awesome group of breakfast staff), and upper deck staff great. Beach was not overcrowded and we could see further down it was. Poor points: Front desk staff. When I checked in I felt rushed even though there was no one else checking in. After traveling a period of time no one is going to remember everything but rushed like that made it 10x worse. Next day try to get more info at front desk, different person, and it was...
