Majority of the lights were burned out. And just came off a cheap feeling. Should have been cheaper for how it was. Otherwise not to bad.

Handy to everything.

Great value compared to the other hotels in Dawson. I would choose to stay here again over any other one due to the location.

Not What I Expected!!!

Arrived to my room at 3:30 PM, heat was turned right down and was freezing, you could actually see your breath. It took until 8:45 PM for the room to heat up to normal room temp, this is with the thermostat cranked all the way.The calking in the bathroom tub area had black mold all over the place,signs of hair were also present in the tub, next to no towels to use. All around run down place. It is one of the cheaper places in town but next time I will spend the extra and stay else where.

Basic older motel on highway. Quick to clean rooms. Cereal and fruit for breakfast was enough for me. Helpful management.

Waited for 15 minutes to check in rang bell 7 time

Room was dark, a huge hole in the middle of the entryway that was piece mealed together with carpet. Waited 15 minutes to check in, rang the bell 7 times - could hear people talking in the other room. And at 11:07 got a call from the front desk to remind us 11:00 was check out time. Wow - will NEVER stay there again. It is truly the "NO TELL - MOTEL"

What you'd expect for the price

Don't expect hotels in this part of the North to have your booking when you book online. This place is a strip motel. Basic, cheap spot.

Fantastic staff and great hotel! Stay here!!

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They were super helpful with all our requests and needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough! This will be my "go to" hotel anytime I'm in Dawson Creek.

Decent place to stay

The hotel was clean although dated. It was a little noisy as it is right beside a main streetin Dawson Creek but overall it was fine. I would stay there again.

Nice stopover

Reasonable room and enough space. Buffet breakfast included. Friendly service. Not to far from city center and also close to road in/ out Dawson Creek. Restaurant next door. Wifi OK.

Convenient location and very clean!

Pretty close to the main road and you can hear all of the noises of cars passing by but over all it was a good experience! I prefer white towels vs brown!

We arrived to find the office and breakfast area very clean.management was friendly and helpful.rooms clean and fresh beds comfortable.water was wonderfully hot and REAL coffee pots not 4 cupper.was very happy

This motel is clean and the price was right even though the building itself is old and in need of renovation.

OLDER BUT CLEAN AND QUIET

This motel is a drive to your door with a second floor on one side of the L shaped building. The furniture is dated and the bathroom shows its age. There are no real modern aspects to this place. For example the TV is a big BOX style but at least still worked. Window Air Conditioner provided good air flow during quite a hot night. The room is clean but the bedspread seemed dusty. Sheets and carpet was clean but the couch was stained. I spent only about 6 hours in the room and then hit the road. This is a place where you can do a quick overnighter if you are travelling and perhaps if you are working in the area you could stay for a while but not a real "vacation" style hotel. My room rate was about 1/2 what other hotels were charging but the age, style and condition of the hotel is reflected in the rate. If you just need a clean bed for a night then no problem but not a newer style facility by any means. Free Breakfast but no other amenities to speak of.

Not very happy!

Hi my name is Juanita Gosselin and I stayed at this hotel for one night. I forgot my eyeglass case it was white,.and the next day when I called back to retrieve it the very next day, the office said no white case there and basically hung up on me. I personally feel that this was very poor service and I would not ever stay here again nor would I recommend this place to any of my family and friends!!!

DON'T STAY HERE!!

Very unkept. Unclean. The drain in the bath was so plugged that by the time I was finished showering, the water level in the tub was up past my ankles. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, not even to someone I don't like.

Towels...

We had a nice time, all was well...could of used more towels, we had to frequently asked for more, towels, and remind them there where four adults in the room...so yea other wise, everything was good!!
