Exactly what you would want in a roadside motel. Safe, convenient, and reasonably priced. The breakfast was the best motel breakfast I have ever seen. Worth $20 of your room rate.

Super friendly staff, good breakfast right off the highway. King bed was awesome. Parking a little tight if pulling a trailer.

Just got in here. The room is great. It's big, it's comfy, it's clean. And so far the hotel seems very quiet.

A little loud if your room is on the south side by the interstate. Poor water flow in the room. The town smells from the sugar plant but inside the hotel is fine. Nice restaurant in the same lot.

Comfortable Stay
We stopped here to weather a storm when I-80 and other roads were closed. Our stay was very comfortable and the price was fair. We were happy our dog could stay with us for an added fee. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend the restaurant next door called, Mav.

Room was nice, clean and quiet. Heating and cooling system was a bit of guess work no thermostat setting. The card key to the room required repeated inserts to unlock the door. Mattress was to soft.

Great stay. They make time for the details. Traveling for business with the fam and just needed some sleep and went with a less expensiveplace(almost half of what we normally soend)- we were pleasantly surpised when at past 10 pm and exhausted, came in to find the couch bed was clean, already made! Such a nice extra. Stay at many higher star places which dont have this done already. Didn't have time to swim. But a a pool at this price point is awesome. Very clean- can't say that happens often in our travels. Nice touches inside and out. Simple, Well maintained. Breakfast was better w/more options than stoney creek near de moine. Courteous staff. Would stay again. Only con was eco freindliness which can be improved-all plastic wrapped cups and utensils can go-however large squeeze dispenser amenities bottles are on the right track. Wish there was a clean place like this w/good ratings and comfy beds, great prices + value for the money everywhere.

Lovely location with the river nearby. Spotless and quiet and nice touches from goodie bags for our pup, restaurant next door that delivered to our room and great, friendly staff.

GREAT stay
Very happy with the room — clean and spacious, comfortable bed. And DELIGHTED with the front desk staff, who were WONDERFUL — they had treats for our dogs and even brought a dessert up to our room after learning it was our anniversary. Will definitely stay here again.

It was good We had our daughters dog. Tried to confirm it was okay to bring her. Was unable to get anyone to respond by phone or txt. Very frustrating. Was not advised rd the extra charge Then in the am the doggie area was been watered. Loved the MaV resto next door. Best stay of 5 hotels/ motels
