"Hotel was great for our short family trip to DC. Very easy walk to the mall, great location at the wharf with restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and water taxi. My kids loved the board games available in the lobby. We also loved the rooftop pool, bummed it closed so earty (6pm) and the pool bar was closed the day we were up there but we were able to bring up drinks from the hotel bar downstairs. And as also noted in other reviews the elevators are very slow, not a big issue for us though. All...
"Everything was wonderful the staff were friendly, very convenient to all the main tourist sites, parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was excellent will definitely stay here again. Only downside was the 4.00pm check in I think around 2.00 pm is more reasonable after a long flight."

"It could’ve had a smart TV so I could hook up my Netflix a lot easier than going downstairs to get a HDMI cord which they did have one. Also, it’s not much of a closet or anywhere to hang your clothes at or put your clothes."

"The staff at the front test were awesome. The lady that checked us in was the most professional and kindest receptionist that I have ever encountered at a hotel. She truly went above and beyond to help us with anything that we needed. I would stay wherever she is working because I know that the customer service would be over the top. The hotel was neat, clean and quiet. I was happy that everything that we needed before and after the game was in walking distance."
