"I have been 2 times before this one and all hotels have been good, but this is the best so far. Will keep using this hotel in the future. The location is great. "I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place. The location is great and the breakfast was pretty good. They have four elevators, but during peak times it still gets busy. The room was small — which we already expected — but the view was absolutely spectacular, so it still felt like a great deal. The staff was very friendly, and we’d definitely stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in NYC! The location was perfect ,close to everything. The hotel had a cutesy, charming vibe that made it feel welcoming right away. The room was clean and cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. This is actually the second location of this hotel brand I’ve stayed in, and once again they didn’t disappoint. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d stay again!"
