Property needs good refreshement. Full renovation! Everything is old, has a bit of that funky smell too. Luckily, NO bed bugs. But location is amazing. And price. I stayed only 2 nights, so it was ok for short term, but I would book vacation stay here. Parking is good and included. Staff was really nice

The whole building is outdated, run down and very smelly. Location was really prime but rooms were unkept, absolutely no maintenance with mould and mildew everywhere and staff was not super friendly. Restaurant and bar was advertised but there is neither. The pool does not get any sun which is no fault of the hotel but still disappointing

The location is amazing — right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. They also have parking.Unfortunately, the rooms were filthy and far below basic cleanliness standards. On top of that, they charge $14.99 just to use the towels, which was really disappointing and felt unnecessary. With such a perfect beachfront location, this place has so much potential, but the overall experience needs major improvement.

The WiFi didn’t connect to our phones in the room. The old TV mounted on the wall had a poor picture and wires dangling. Yes, the location was amazing. But the hotel(motel) itself is pretty rundown and patchwork. You get the feeling everything is from a yard sale, and the rooms are ‘lipstick on a pig.’

Room was in awful disrepair, broken lamps, the bulb holder was dislodged and we were concerned for fire safety. Lamp shades were cracked. . Drain in tub was clogged, and the coffee maker didnt work. The place was dirty in the main public areas. . Every thing was old and in desperate need of updating. The location though, was perfect.

The beach was right across the blvd. The air conditioning was good . The water was hot for the shower . The price was unbeatable . The other renters were a little rough , and the hotel is in need of repair . No bed bugs or roaches that I saw . The beds were comfortable

Closer to 2/5. Pros: cost/availability, proximity to the beach, staff, clean pool. Cons: mold and weird spots/stains around the bathroom, stained towels, hand soap the size of a quarter, light bulbs missing, rust and sealant on fixtures, mold on key card swipe outside door, one single hanger, whole facility hasn't been renovated in 20 years or so. Get what you pay for. Honestly, would consider staying there again despite all of the negatives.

Property is directly across the street from the beach. The staff were friendly and understanding and available to address concerns to the best of their ability. The property is in deplorable conditions. Mold on the curtains, discolored tubs and toilets, toe nail clippings on the floor, open crackers in the drawers, large white stains (like wet tissue dried on the floor and ground into the carpet).

Great location! Loved the on-site parking. You can tell that this hotel used to be something really cool. If they could get the bar and restaurant back open, it would be a much better place! There are some really cool elements to it, I do love an old place and definitely understand how difficult old places can be to care for. This one has a lot of character. The room was in rough shape, but the bed was comfortable, the table and chairs, bedding, all of that it's clean. The pool area was pretty nice. And you can't beat crossing the street for the beach. A great place to stay for a night or so.

Although you could see the beach from outside the room the room itself was incredibly dirty with what looked like mold in the ceiling vent. Hair was found under the pillows. I would not recommend a stay here. The staff were nice at the front desk however it was not worth the overnight here.

Beachside gem.

I enjoy the Sea Club resort. Its a taste of what Fort Lauderdale was. Great location and value. The rooms could use a refreash but i will return.
