"The staff were very nice. Our room had noticeable deferred maintenance. It was musty. We requested to be placed away from animals but we still woke up next to a barking dog. It was okay but I won't mark it down as a place I want to return to."

"It was very loud there. Tried to eat at landshark. There was a band, music in the restaurant, the pool waterfall, and surf wave thing all around. It made it very difficult to have a conversation. The pool was nice until later in the afternoon when everyone was drinking and it felt like spring break. Took my kids back to the room at that point. The water slide stairs are all rusty and chipping. Gave me a cheap motel vibe at triple the price. We had a small balcony with no chairs. I would say it was just ok. I wouldn’t go back."

"The room size was VERY generous including a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was great! Lots of variety from fresh fruit to hot food. Our only complaint was the long wait for the shuttle to the hotel "

"It’s a good budget option with pools, beach, restaurants and decent rooms but I wouldn’t say it’s a luxury hotel. It hits all the spots functionally for a family trip so would stay again for the value."
