We stayed there because my husband was participating in the Spartan race so it did it’s purpose I was a bit disappointed with the fact there was no breakfast because I guess they were renovating the other side of the hotel? But weren’t inform of this at check in either.

Never TF again. -0 for a review! I came to the area to visit my daughter. I chose the LaQunita for location and amenities like the pool and breakfast. I usually would never! The manager and front desk rude, there were BEDBUGS, broken furniture, toilet, curtains, the shower was cold, bagged breakfast, the room smelled of mildew and urine. I made a front desk complaint about the broken furniture day one, by day three I complained about the bugs and other issues. I was told a manager would call. No call, they just made the bed. Check out 11:00 am I inquired at the front desk about the follow up and was told a manager would call me again. Same time my daughter and her puppy were waiting outside for me and she called me asking me to hurry out because two front desk staff came outside screaming in her face they are calling the police because her puppy ran inside. She said she tried explaining I was on my way out they screamed the pet policy over her. There was no attempt to have a civil conversation. When I went in to address the issue, I was also greeted with hostility, and more screaming. It was just a screaming match. I was even called names by the manager. I cant believe that staff would call a customer out their name and weaponize the cops for such a minor situation, as if there are no bigger issues in the world. Especially as there were dogs on the property. They are more focused on conflict and resolution. The level of unprofessionalism was at an all time high. Rip Off!

The kitchen was being upgraded. And breakfast consisted of a bag meal-apple juice, danish, protein bar, bottle of water and an orange. Our first room smelled very bad but staff were very helpful in putting us in a new room.

I was staying at the hotel for 4 night with my family, every night I was in the lobby area just relaxing and having some ME TIME on the last night the front desk lady told me at 10:55pm that I have to leave the lobby because it closes at 11pm. Be mindful the last 3 night I was in the lobby area up to 1am…she was rude and told me that the manager comes in at 9am and I can talk to them about why the lobby is being close. At checking out I then ask another front desk agent if that is the policy and he then told me not to his knowledge that it’s not true. Secondly there is no bathroom on the lower floor or if it was they just told me that I will have to go up to my room.

Here’s the scoop! If you’re looking for a nice resort or a five star stay/feel, this isn’t it. The hotel is very old and modest. However, if all you need is a quiet and clean place to rest, yes this fits the bill! The bed was quite comfortable. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. La Quinta is also well located.

This property is nasty. Smells like mold dirty sheets. Mold in bathroom. Couches have mysterious stains. Smells like smoke in the outside. Staff refused to change rooms. I had no choice but to stay because of my circumstances.

Nothing, last time i stay at a La Quinta. Bag and Go breakfast , what a complete sham. Lazy facility. I'm so disgusted as corporations charge more and give so much less. I'll go back to Marriott, a much classier organization.

I was in my room and staff walked in announced 3 times. The bathroom had mold. I made a request for the room to be cleaned and they didn't take care of the beds. I was told that it was because I am there for 7 days. I had a stay for 7 days but I checked out earlier. The staff was overall pleasant.

The shower in my room did not have hot water or water pressure which was very inconvenient. The elevator was down for a while. My credit card was erroneously charged several times. The elevator floor was very sticky. I could go on and on.

La quinta was awful, the trainee was arguing with the trainer at check in, then we were not able to get adjoining rooms even when I called multiple times to ask for them, my kids were in the second room. They had full beds not queen beds, the tv remote was broken and the power button kept falling off, the bathroom shower was dirty, the sink was clogged, and they do not have continental breakfast, they gave us a ticket to get a bag. With a danish, a stale granola bar, an orange, a boxed juice and a bottle of water. The coffee tasted horrible as well.

Our ac wasn’t working so it smelled really bad when we walked in. They said they couldn’t move me bc they were sold out. I didn’t take my shoes off bc the floors looked so dirty. There was mold in the shower and no toilet paper holder so the toilet paper was just sitting on the tub. We had a pull out sofa that we wouldn’t even sit on bc it looked like some nasty bodily fluids were all over it. Unfortunately it was late so we couldn’t find another place to stay. For $175 I felt completely ripped off. Stay away until they remodel. No continental breakfast just a brown bag of yuck! Stay at the other Laquinta in Coral Springs if possible and if you are on a budget. The bed was so hard and we got very little sleep.
