Staff was nice, and attentive, but location a bit sketchy and room quality though, cosmetically nice in photos, questionable as far as cleanliness, safety. Good enough for one night, last minute stay.

Staff was good. When you walk in to the room it smells like pee so I had to open up the windows and spray something to try and get rid of the smell. There was also food in the fridge and some hygiene products in the bathroom. So although it seemed like it was cleaned and there wasn’t dirt or bugs. I’m not sure they cleaned the room before hand.

Excellent Service!!!

The hotel manager and front desk reservations coordinator, Lee, did an excellent job for me and my girlfriend for our stay. Lee answered all of my questions on a daily basis and was consistant with overall great customer service and communication. Lee was extremely helpful and dependable.

It's much older motel and when you go into the room you can see the past and the way it was intended when it was originally built and they're working on it. It has new bathroom facilities and new floors. New new bed frames. I talked to the owner and he said they're doing a little bit everyday all the time to fix it up and I can see its potential. It's worn. Everything needs new paint. Not everything is plum but it's not a bad place. We were fine with our stay. Everything was very, very clean and that is the most important thing to me.

We stayed here because we could not find another option close to the airport… we were weary due to the reviews, but for the price and purpose- it was fine. Room was dated but very clean. Microwave was useful and there is A fridge It was 10 mins from FLL (16.00 Uber) It was fine for a quick overnight layover. The front desk was efficient.

The hotel is so amazing, the property manager is simply the greatest. I’ve stayed here 2 times and she has the best customer service. The rooms are always cleaned and disinfected. This is the nicest motel I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff there is so friendly. Paula was really great and acommodating. Good food in the area. And place is right by the bus stop to get to the malls etc. Convenient.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and super nice. I had to talk to a couple different people on the phone and they were also very nice and let me know all the information I needed.

We had a lovely stay here for one night before embarking on a cruise. The room was wicked clean, and you can tell that Paula and her husband love and care for their property very well. I cannot praise them enough for being so helpful and accommodating. It is also a quick drive to some wonderful dining options in Hollywood. Small caveat, it is right off the highway, so if you’re unaccustomed to city sleeping, be advised. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I’m writing a review because I liked my stay and I feel (after reading the reviews) that I should help clarify type of property this is. This is a very traditional old style “Miami style “ beach motel. It’s not fancy but it’s very cozy, clean a quiet. I heard people arguing over the rates when they get there; I am assuming this is because the rates on this app don’t match the rates given when you get there… And the way the property manager breaks it down may confuse some… But after a quick check I can say that the price was fair and the manager was even willing to match a better offer if I found one. Nice place to stay 👌

Don't arrive before 4:00!

Pros: The room was very clean and newly refurbished, and the bed was comfortable. Cons: The motel is on a very busy major road, and our room was on the side closest to the road. We brought up this concern, and the clerk told us the room was very quiet. It was, in fact, extremely noisy with the motorcycles, trucks, and thumping bass from the cars all night. If you're a light sleeper, avoid this motel! Also, check-in is at 4:00. DO NOT arrive before 4:00! Every other motel that we've ever been to in our lives has had a room available once they're clean before check-in time if you get there early because of your flight. Not this one. The rooms had been cleaned, but they would not let anyone in a room before 4:00. We got there early because of our flight schedule, and had to wait by the pool for 5 hours until 4:00 sharp. Keep that in mind.

Over Priced Hotel!

We were very disappointed and the cost was quite high! We booked through Hotels.com and prepaid the nightly fee, taxes and a property fee. When we checked into the hotel, they informed me that they charge an additional resort fee of $22.60 USD. (which we had to pay as they took our credit card for incidentals). The room, hotel and area is not worth the $185 CND that we paid for this one night stay. The cons outweigh the pros but I will start with a few positives. Pros -King Bed and bedding were comfortable (but only supplied two small pillows, had to ask for two) -Shower was hot with nice pressure -Cleanliness 7/10 -Apartment sized fridge and cooking element in room Cons -Location of hotel is located near a busy road -No bedside tables or lamps (room was very sparse) -Even though they supplied fridge and cooktop no utensils, dishes etc. (if you were to bring in something you had no place to sit in the room but on the bed to eat) - room seemed to be unfinished, no toilet paper holder, ceiling in shower had drywall and plaster showing - Shower leaked (a lot) as glass door did not close properly - supplied only two towels and 1 facecloth! No hand towel or floor mat for shower - no hairdryer in the room - the rooms are very noisy and the walls are paper thin. We can hear next-door resident snoring and talking on his phone very clearly. You will not get a good night sleep! Overall, I would caution anyone who is thinking about staying at this hotel!

This is my second time staying at this property. The caretaker is absolutely incredible. The rooms are clean and affordable. Above and beyond all the caretaker is amazingly responsive, kind, and honest highly recommend staying here.
