When I arrived at the hotel, at 3:00 pm, Alexia, the person who was at the front desk, told me that the room was not ready, that I should sit down and wait. About 3 more people came in and she told them the same thing. At 3:30 I ask again about how long it was going to take because I was tired. I was drive many hours and she looks at me and she tells me that she didn't know with a bad face. Then I told her that my room was supposed to be ready at 3 and that she should at least tell me how long it was going to take, and she told me that she had nothing to do with that but with a bad attitude towards other people. I ask her to call the supervisor and she tells me that the only one who was there was her, that he was free. I ask her if at least they were going to give us some discount or something for the bad time and she rudely tells me no, that she is not a supervisor. I come back and tell her I called her supervisor on the phone and she tells me that she came back and repeated that he was not there, that if she needed to repeat it to me again. Alexia's treatment was totally uncalled for, unethical, and lacking in charisma and humanity.
I decided to cancel because I found the treatment and lack of respect very bad. I traveled for many hours to rest in a place where I had a bad time and a lack of respect and I had to run out and rent another hotel which was very expensive.
