"The hotel was great and the staff was all very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help you. I paid $234.28 for a one night stay which I was told that was the price with taxes. When I checked out I was charged another $69.55 valet parking, $59.00 for resort charge leisure, $4.13 RM state tax and $3.54 RM occupancy/tourism tax for a total of $136.22. On top of that I tipped the valet $30.00. If the total was $234.28with taxes when I booked why did I have to pay all these other expenses? Would not recommend them for that reason alone."

"Staff was AMAZING. Very clean property. I was disappointed in the beach chairs / umbrella that says is included. They are just your standard fold out lawn like chairs that are in your room. Also, I had a speaker just outside my room on the outside and so I could hear the base from it."
