We were charged and were never able to access the property! There was a lock box - and we were told there was NO lock box- we had a code that did not work- We tried to call a phone number and it did not work! We NEVER got inside!

Unpleasurable stay

Property is in good location, apartment is beautiful but not well maintained . We found kitchen pans/utensils, glass, unusable; bathroom's pot full of previous waste, shower fixture full of grease, one bed with mattress support broken, and finally cockroaches walking on the counter top every morning. Really it needs a very deep cleaning Trying to contact the host from the first day sending text message, whats app on phone number he provided, but he never replied.
