"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"Excellent service and amenities. Staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive to making our stay a wonderful one. Racquet club and fitness was awesome, tennis pros and yoga instructors were extremely knowledgeable and kind. The resort was stunning, Nonna Mia’s Italian restaurant was fantastic!!
