"Mostly clean bed and cleanish shower, did not get bedbugs. Room smelled terrible tho. Door lock was half-broken, walls and door were paper thin and there was lots of noise all night. Many people loitering around. Located right next to a schetchy 7-11. Staff was not hospitable, barely spoke english. Would not return"

"The hotel had a few positives — check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and I appreciated that management refunded me when I checked out a day early. The location is also convenient, with easy access to I-64 and several restaurants nearby. However, the downsides outweighed the positives. The breakfast options were very limited, and my room did not feel clean upon arrival. The biggest concern was finding a cockroach in the shower, which was unsettling. I ultimately only stayed here because other nearby hotels did not have availability."
