We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I didn’t care for the carpeting in the rooms but they were clean, none the less.

Checking it was a breeze the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. The staff was very friendly and patience as I ask for a late check out time . I definitely recommend plus it’s really close to Pensacola Beach it took all of 7mins or so to arrive at the beach . I absolutely loved it and would return. The room was spacious, very clean, the hotel was quiet, and conveniently located next to a mini plaza.

Love the location, quick access to Pensacola Beach. Quick access to bridge. Quick access to Pensacola. The only isaue with the room, the restroom door was broken and it wouldnt close all the way. Room 229.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Staff constantly cleaned breakfast area. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were a plus. My family and I visit Pensacola often, this location is by far our favorite hotel for accommodations.

We liked our suite—has d/w, big fridge, microwave. Pool heater was said to be broken (so fix it!). Staff was friendly except when I mentioned to a cleaning lady that our room hadn’t been replenished in 3-4 days she was offended—said she hadn’t been working there for two days and then complained “Fresh!”
