"Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfy as were the couches and chairs. The kitchen was the perfect size. The pool was nice, clean and the water temperature was perfect. The little 9 hole mini golf was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast "buffet" in the LL is a joke. Its not worth standing in line for and the service is non-existent. The wait for an elevator in the mornings is ridiculous, we just used the stairs in the mornings from the 3rd floor. The push to buy show tickets or set for a "travel club" meeting at check in is a little pushy. General building upkeep is needed, bathroom door splintered, tub looks dark and dingy on bottom, rusting metal in view. The pool is tiny and they do not lift the in/out window. ...

"The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though.
