"Wanted to extend the stay for one more day. Staff at desk had me call Marriott reservations which had a 15 min wait time. So use Expedia on line. Seems that front staff could have completed transaction in minutes. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Smell of pot was strong outside and once in front lobby. Numerous homeless were intimidating of corner by hotel"

"Great Location and Staff, but Serious Cleanliness Issues
The hotel is exceptionally well located, generally well maintained, and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, four significant issues justify my one-star rating.
1. Bed bugs: My sister suffered what appeared to be severe bed bug bites. The issue seemed limited to her bed, as I was unaffected. This was by far our biggest concern.
2. Bathroom odor: Despite looking clean, the bathroom smelled noticeably of urine, raising questions about...

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us.
I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...

"The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, and the variety of breakfast was great and delicious. Unfortunately the listing was misleading stating there is onsite self-parking— there is not. They do have valet but it cost us $85 every 24 hours and takes about an hour to get the car."
