Woke us up multiple times through out the night. Pool area is fine but gym equipment is out dated and no chairs in pool area. Overall their sister property across the water is a better overall property, the location is even better if you don't mind a small ferry ride. "The hotel is in a great location —about 10 to 12 minute walk to Canada Place, and around 25 minute walk to Chinatown. Breakfast is cooked to order —the options are limited but the food is delicious! We got the queen room —space is limited, but it’s fine for a couple of nights. I’d be back to stay here if we visit Vancouver again in the future. Though perhaps I’d choose a bigger room if I’m going to stay longer."

"There was a security issue at 2:30 AM and suddenly somebody tried to open our door and there was a man standing there a suit and tie and no explanation was made. He just walked away and then when I tried to get management for two days straight to tell me what was going on they kept telling me the manager is not here. The manager will be in later. The manager will call you and nobody called me. It made us very uncomfortable in a beautiful hotel to wonder what was going on with the security and...

"Had a good 3 night stay at the Guesthouse. Well-located and had no issues. The room is fairly basic, but it was clean. The bathroom was shared, but it was quite nice and like a proper bathroom you'd have at home. Was satisfied for the price. One small thing was they did not have an iron."
