"Nice hotel, going through a refurbishment, so quite noisy early morning, unfortunately we had an issue with the heating system in the room, they did provide an electric heater but we didn’t use….everything seemed nice and clean but there were tea marks on the carpet next to the bin, the duvet didn’t fit the cover, it was too long head to toe but too small from left to right, I just think whoever made the bed, didn’t fit the duvet to the cover properly…..the staff seemed pleasant enough, not to...

"We enjoyed staying at this Premier Inn which was a 10 minute walk into town. The room was clean and spacious. The meals were delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and it was £10 a night. We would stay again. "

"Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was beautiful with a view over the river. It was quiet and comfortable and I loved the window seat in the bay window. The bathroom was enormous and boasted both bath and walk in shower. Unfortunately the basin taps were very difficult to turn off and trickled overnight but we were assured that this would be looked at and received sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
