"We went for a family trip to Bournemouth we booked this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. They gave us refurbished family room which was just perfect. My only comment is for breakfast timing is very short as I’m there to enjoy my time, also the food order for breakfast needs to be organised may be give Breakfast order form to your guests to choose what they want to eat, a lot of mistakes and confusion I have seen during my stay."

The room was spotless, and had a comfortable bed, it even had a decent size kettle for making hot drinks. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a continental and full English options.
