"None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. Neither dryer was able to dry the clothes. The clothes were saturated with water. It took us 4 hours to complete the tasks of cleaning our clothes. "All the room was equipped with the necessary tools, I had a hard time finding my room, and I could not find the office it was closed once I saw it. I had to look at my messages to find my room but it was until I had to call the office but all pretty much was good"

"We have stayed a number of times- convenient, clean and pet friendly- with a nice farm to table restaurant 2-3 min away"

"The building was nice and cold! Very charming antiquated hotel with close proximity to everything in Carrabelle. Highly recommend if you want to be close by and can walk to everything!"

"The shower had a fold down bench which was nice for a Senior but having the separate hand held shower head mounted next to the seat was awkward. There was also a shower head on the opposite wall. The pool and hot tub area was closed at dusk which was disappointing. Also, at 10:30 am the breakfast was cold considering service was available until 11 am. The coffee at that time was cold. The waitress was helpful but the coffee was bad. Our room was in the new wing and it was beautifully appointed."
