"We arrived at 2 pm, check-in was at 4, but Bella said that our room was already ready! We had room 117 which came with a screened in lanai, very nice. Kitchen had a full size fridge, coffee maker, stove and microwave.
Our stay was only 3 nights, but very nice."

"We booked a room here and arrived to find that the bathroom and shower are fully outside, open to the elements. This is not something that is made clear in the listing where it should be — upfront, before you book. We had no choice but to leave and book another place at our own expense.
Looking at other reviews, we are clearly not alone. This keeps happening to guests, and the owner shows no interest in fixing the actual problem — which is the listing.

"Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at your facility. It was beautiful, clean and had great amenities. However, we were disappointed that we were not able to go on the beach. We had to go to a nearby beach. We also thought it was not fair that there was an extra daily cost associated whether you went to the beach or not. That should be reassessed for fairness and good customer service."
