"Clean a good place to stay "

"We arrived late due to flight and hertz being out of rental cars. Our room was unavailable at 3:00am. Exhausted with 2 children. I made sure in my note to Expedia that we would be arriving late and to not sell the room. They did anyways and we pre-paid! "

"I realized that my family and I were not staying at the Plaza however I have both positive and negative comments. For the positive first: staff was helpful, the beds were comfortable with fully sealed mattress covers on the beds to prevent bed bugs and the continental breakfast was fine. Now for the negative comments: the place is old, floor tiles missing in the halls, bath tub looked dirty, it had a broken drain and the biggest issue I had was about safety since the side entrance lock was broken and always always open. "

"The receptionist was extremely friendly and even demonstrated how to unlock our door with the key fob with a replica model. The waiters at the dine-in were extremely friendly. One of them even remembered the drink I ordered one of the times and asked if I wanted the same thing, and we stayed for multiple days. They cooked food to order. The room was generously big and clean; there was plenty of space. The bathtub could be bigger, but overall is still good. The counter in the bathroom has plenty of space. I wish conditioner were included, as there was only shampoo and bodywash, but they give generous amounts."

"I did not know where to book after attending a conference in Orlando, and this place was more than perfect. Everything was clean and updated. I was able to walk to stores and restaurants, and the whole vibe was peaceful. The staff, like all the staff, were friendly. The gym was great, well-equipped, clean, and bright. I will definitely book here again. I was so happy to be here. "
