"The staff at the resort were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The best experience with staff in memory. The property is clean but with any coastal property the ocean can be tough on materials. Wonderful location. Great views. Very peaceful. I’ll definitely be back. The food at the restaurant was amazing."
"What a sh!t hole. The guy at the front desk was great but that’s where it ends. The room smelt like piss. Everything is old and poorly maintained. There was what looked like a bloody handprint on the bathroom wall. I took a picture just so people would understand how bad it was. The bed was very hard with not enough covers. The price was cheap but not cheap enough. It should be priced at $20 per night and even at that price I would never stay there again. GROSS!"
"The property was clean and well maintained although a little spartan. It was safe and a vey good value for its location. I would come back again with no hesitation, if you want luxury, pay 50 dollars more."
"We arrived to check in pretty late at night. Went to our room to find it was NOT as advertised (we are a large family traveling with kids and needed a room with multiple beds). It was also very dirty (mirrors were disgusting, floor hadnt been vacuumed or swept, hair in the bathtub, etc) Front desk upgraded us to a suite (which was great!) only to open the door and find it hadn’t been cleaned from previous tenants. Dirty dishes on counters, slept in beds, garbage, used towels, etc. So after the 2nd room change, they finally put our large group in 2 rooms which worked out ok though not ideal. They were rooms by each other but not adjourning rooms. The staff did everything they could to try and make it right despite the late hour and lots of tired, cranky kids from long travel-which we appreciated! However, housekeeping walked in on us still in our rooms before checking out (awkward as we were all showering from the pool) and front desk personnel checking out didn’t know what rooms we had occupied and seemed very confused and irritated so it seems things didn’t transition over after the late night room juggle.
The breakfast was great with variety and was clean and well stocked. Pool was small and very cold, but kids didn’t mind too much.
Lesson learned: check out rooms BEFORE unloading the whole crew and belongings."
