"The staff member working the shift on April 4, 2026, the day of our departure, was rude and unhelpful. In contrast, the staff member on the previous day, the day of our arrival, was very kind and helpful. He assisted us with everything and even booked a restaurant for us.
The property itself is nice, and the rooms are pleasant. However, our experience with the staff member on the day of departure was disappointing."

"This property had everything we needed for our stay in a fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Our room had plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. There was just one thing: I bumped my head on a square piece of furniture sticking out over the luggage spot in the entrance hall. This could be reshaped or removed for the future. Very Kind staff! Excellent value!
I would definitely come back to this property."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa was out of this world. The breakfast had so much variety. Will definitely be staying there again. "

"Everything was great and the hotel was very nice. It’s just the little details that kept me from giving 5 stars. It sounded like construction or maintenance all hours late at night. And the electronics were outdated so we could not connect to the TV for Netflix. but please know! Everything else was wonderful and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. The staff were amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone"

"This hotel was amazing, so clean, lovely spaces, such helpful staff. The gym was very small but it was fine and better than nothing. If the gym were available earlier each morning I would have used it every day before we set out for the day, but I may be in the minority there. We really loved our stay."
