Muy bonita, limpia y cuidada. Lo malo, primero; pague habitación con baño y me dieron una habitación con el baño afuera, cada vez que necesitaba ir al baño o bañarme tenía que cruzar el pasillo y habría con llave la puerta del baño. El desayuno horrible! Segundo; nunca funcionó el wifi en mi habitación, solo funcionaba en recepción, avisé de este problema y no lo solucionaron.

Muchas gracias para su opinión, pagaste un habitación con baño fuera da su habitación está escrito claramente en su reserva, lo sentimos que el desayuno no le gustó es un desayuno internacional con todo los necesarios, dulce e salado. Un saludo Gianni Ps la próxima vez que reserva un habitación leer muy bien antes de reservaré

Great Hotel
Hotel was very nice, very clean and owner was very friendly. Location was handy particularly if you are doing a tour/day trip around the area as the pick-up/drop-off spot is very close. One downside was our bathroom was not in our room. It was a private bathroom for only us but we had to go across the hall to access it. Other than this had no problems.

좋았어요~
처음에 찾는다구 완전 고생한거 말고는 다 좋았어요~그 주변이 공사 중이라 구글맵에서 안내해 주는 길도 없어져서 돌아가는 바람에 더 힘들었는데 아저씨께서 넘 친절하게도 예정시간보다 늦으니까 기다리다 찾아나섰더라구요~안그랬으면 그날 저녁었는데 호텔도 못찾고 노숙할 뻔,,지내는 동안은 정말 편하게 지냈어요~

역에서 숙소까지 15분거리로 멀어요. 건물문을 2개를 열고 들어가서 엘레베이터를 타고 5층을 누르면 호텔에 도착합니다. 혼자 묵었는데 객실이 넓고 깨끗하며, 주인장이 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셔요. 그리고 친절해요. 욕실은 객실안이 아닌 복도 바로 맞은편인데, 혼자만 쓸수있고 열쇠도 주셨지만, 번거로웠던..ㅜ ㅜ 욕실은 객실크기의 3분의 1이며 매우 넓고 깨끗해요. 조식은 바나나, 삶은계란, 다양한 요거트와 빵, 음료 등등 있었어요. 주변이 시끌시끌하고 가게가 많고 사람많은 곳을 원하신다면 두오모나 역근처에 잡는게 좋을것같아요

Uma boa experiência com um B&B.
A Maison Bianca é um B&B que oferece um quarto amplo, confortável e muito limpo.O atendimento é muito eficiente e simpático.O café da manhã tem boa oferta de ítens variados. Apenas a localização dificulta um pouco o acesso aos pontos de interesse turístico (requer uma boa caminhada). Mas proporciona uma excelente relação custo-benefício.

Works well for independent traveller
The room and attached private bath was good size and very clean. The location is a little farther north than most tourist accommodations, but it is still very walkable to the train station and tourist sites(although I recommend walking on the Via Monaco side of the train tracks, I made wrong turns and had to backtrack twice when I walked the other side because I missed a pedestrian walkway). To be clear, this is not a typical hotel, it is a flat converted to, I think, 5 guest rooms and a common breakfast area. It worked very well for my needs. It is best for the very independent traveller. Also, there is a copyedited shop next door, which worked very well for me to print some business materials I needed for a conference.

Sadly disappointed.
Paper thin walls; crazy loud guests at 4:00 AM first night; no staff at desk for the majority of our stay. Twenty five minute walk from central piazza where the Duomo and major sites are located. Very challenging for taxis due to construction in front of "hotel" (really a b&b on the fifth floor of a residential building). Generally clean; no amenities. Manager helped out with taxi early morning of our departure and was pleasant.

Amazing place, close to the train station and bus.
We stayed here for 8 days, George was very nice and helpful, the rooms were always clean and nice. Close to train station, buses and shuttle buses. Don't let the exterior of this place scare you as it is a truly convenient location and easy to access all major needs. Only 15 min walk to eatily, train station, and 30 min walk to central Florence.

Good and comfortable
The stay, location, rooms were excellent. The staff was nice and friendly. But we got a room where the toilet was in the corridor and not in the room. While booking was promised a city view with balcony but could no balcony and window was overlooking on the other side of town.

Good B&B
The place is closed in distance from everything 20 minutes with kids. The room was comfortable other than the bed, when I made the reservation with private bathroom I expected that it would be inside the room, not comfortable to have to wake up to take the kids to the bathroom or to walk in my pj. if you are planning to stay here make sure you speak a little italian no english speaking personal.

以位置來說真的偏遠了，從車站出來走路至少要15分鐘，但不礙事，多走些路而已 飯店位置其實不太好，有些吵雜，但還是能夠睡，陽台看出去的風景還不差 早餐很不好，都是一些可以放很久的麵包或餅乾，還有牛奶加玉米片， WIFI非常不穩定，很容易斷線，這滿崩潰的，讓人抓狂。 另外客房每天都會打掃很乾淨，浴室設備很新，房間的空間大小適中 民宿有一台機器可以自動點你要的各種熱飲，超級厲害很酷 而且是免費喝，這真的滿棒的 整體來說，這房間還可以，但下次應該不會再考慮住這間。

Um giro por Firenze
A estadia foi ótima. O Senhor Gigio cuida do local com muito carinho deixando os hospedes a vontade. É tudo limpo, organizado e cheiroso. Votaremos com certeza e indicaremos aos amigos e família. Não sabemos o que hoive de errado com a reserva, mas foi tudo resolvido.

위치 빼고는 모든점이 좋았습니다. 역에서 캐리어끌고 15분 정도 걸렸고, 주인 아저씨가 청소할때 체크인하게 되었는데 정말 깔끔하게 청소하십니다 ㅎㅎ 침구도 부드럽고 침대도 편안했습니다. 욕실도 호텔만큼 좋았구요 ㅎㅎ 아저씨가 소개해주신 식당 파스타 진짜 맛있었습니다ㅎ

Una buona soluzione
Il B&b si trova a circa un km dalla stazione di SMN (a piedi sono circa 10 minuti), in un quartiere periferico, quindi intorno non ci sono negozi né supermercati, ma basta camminare un po' per avere tutto a portata di mano! La camera è molto pulita e sempre profumata, piccola ma essenziale per chi come noi ha bisogno di un posto dove dormire e soprattutto riposarsi dopo una giornata di intense passeggiate, perché Firenze è tutta da vedere e si cammina tantissimo! La colazione è varia, ma tutto confezionato anche se di buona qualità, sia per quanto riguarda il dolce che il salato, mentre per le bibite c'è la macchinetta, da usare con la chiavetta fornitaci all'arrivo. La cucina è a libero uso e la colazione non ha limiti di orario. Per noi l'esperienza è positiva. Un saluto a Giorgio che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli lì fino alla partenza, permettendoci così di dare un ultimo sguardo a questa splendida città, senza intralci. A presto

Great place to stay
The room was fantastic, very big with a great shower and balcony. The hotel is close to the main train station and very easy walk into the centre of Florence. Very friendly people who help with anything they can which was lovely.

Excellent hotel walking distance to the centre of Florence. The men who is the owner is the nicest person very helpful and kind! The place is very clean and taking care of! Highly recommended!!!! Please try restaurant recommended by the owner! The best food in Florence also very cheap!

Great beds and basic breakfast
We arrived here early on Sunday morning. We were greeted by the owner, whose English is limited, but clear enough that we managed to sign in and grab some breakfast. As we were eating the breakfast an older couple stormed out of their room and demanded a refund, as they were not satisfied with the room. Not a nice way to start your holiday wondering whether you have stepped into a "mine" with your booking. As we were given the key to our room, it turned out that we had and had not. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and newly renovated bathroom. So ok so far. The problem with the room was the noise. As the building itself is quite old, the window panelling let through all the sounds from the street. So when you go to sleep, you will hear the cars and horns from the street. And as the building is next to a busy street, this will be a problem if you are easily woken up by sounds while sleeping. The breakfast that you are given is very basic with coffee from a vending machine and some croissants and other highly processed stuff along with some fruits. Ok to start the day, but not to keep you from getting hungry very soon. The wifi had somewhat weak signal and we had to position our laptop to get a constant connection. I have to say that the owner does try very hard to do his best to understand and to help you and that the rooms were cleaned to spotless every day. But with the sound from the street and the basic breakfast I have to settle for an average score.

Clean well maintained b&b
The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes away from Firenze S.M.N which was a blessing. Its also quite close to a bus stop on fratelli Roselli since buses are the best way to move around Florence. The room was well maintained and clean. The windows appeared to soundproofed since we could not hear any traffic noise from the road below. The beds though were not very comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked. I liked this hotel for its convenient location and price.
