"Everything was great and the hotel was very nice. It’s just the little details that kept me from giving 5 stars. It sounded like construction or maintenance all hours late at night. And the electronics were outdated so we could not connect to the TV for Netflix. but please know! Everything else was wonderful and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. The staff were amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone"

"Nel complesso la valutazione della struttura è sufficiente, ma con alcune criticità. La ragazza alla reception era poco cordiale e un po’ scocciata al momento del check in. La camera era fredda e abbiamo dovuto chiedere un intervento per aggiustare il condizionatore che sparava solo aria fredda. C’erano spifferi di aria fredda in tutte le aree comuni (reception, bar, sala colazione) che rendevano l’ambiente poco piacevole. La colazione non vale assolutamente il prezzo di 11€, in quanto composta...

"Amazing breakfast with friendly staff. Beautiful heated rooftop pool. Clean and spacious room. Major sights about a 20 minute walk along river. Safe neighbourhood. Would return."

"Check in was easy and receptionist was lovely.
Room was spacious and breakfast delicious.
The only challenge we had was that our room was noisy. We were to be given a garden view room but somehow ended up with a city view which was fine, but the hotel did maintence work above us on the rooftop that was extremely loud and disruptive. We were on the 5th floor with the rooftop terrace above our room. The hotel offered us two free drinks at the bar as an apology for the disruption. "

"Warm and friendly welcome. Spacious room with remarkable view of the square and Duomo. Rooftop bar and terrace bar really great for soaking up Florence vibe. Staff excellent throughout.
Top tip: Be careful of the mosquitoes when the weather is hot! Hotel provides bug plug for room. "
