The location and property were wonderful. Our check in was smooth and easy. We just had a problem when the cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom they took and threw out our shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and one of my retainers for my teeth. I had them laid out on a flat towel with my toothbrush. Non of the containers were empty so I am not sure why they took them. The 2 toothpaste tubes were brand new. I told management and they apologized but I was not reimbursed for the retainer I had to buy when I returned to the US. I had to go to the orthodontist to have 2 new ones made.

The place was super easy, sexy shower, basic accomodations while being funky in design. The one thing I didn't like was that I told them I wouldn't have WhatsApp access and they told me they'd meet me but it was not at the front door and I could not get buzzed up... Thankfully Guess had free wifi that I could log into.

Mirror, mirror on the wall...
Stylish accomodation....in a superb location. Clean, tidy...and good host. I really liked the decor ...just was intrigued by the mirror In the bathroom..... anyone that stays ..well ..make sure you have the lights on In the main room.... otherwise you may have an eye full to the person showering due to the two way mirror!! 😅😅😁

Found out no hot water in the bath at 12 midnight. I had to get another hotel nearby, pack and move. No front office and no one answering calls after 6pm. The worst hotel ever!

It was about a two minute walk form the Duomo. It was a great size and decorated with modern art. The rep was very helpful and on had when required.

Nice rented appartement
Positive: Very spacious and comfortable, friendly staff, reasonable price, air conditioning, great location for what I wanted to do Neutral: it’s not really a hotel but a rented appartement with a coffee machine and someone who cleans and changes the beds every two days. You have to contact them to arrange a time for someone to meet you there. Negative: No food, only water, tea and coffee available. No lift. No parking included. They recommended a local car park which was convenient but €25 per day, so for a 4-day trip it was €100 on parking. Overall: Good place, just be aware of what you are getting and not getting. I would recommend it and stay again.

Comfortable room ideal for couples. You get keys and entry code for the building and your room so you can enter and leave anytime. Great location in the historic city centre. Only wish they stocked tea and milk and replaced used towels. Enjoyed our 2 night stay here in Florence.

Very good but needs some tweaking.
The room itself was absolutely fantastic, however I would like to point out some nminor issues. 1 No lift to get to 2nd floor, might be a difficulty for some or for people with heavy luggage. 2 The common tea/coffee area is a nice idea nad comfortable for a breakfast/catering less establishment. However, some people like milk with their tea or coffee, and at least having sachets of dried milk powder besides the sugar would be appreciated. 3 The getting a receipt/invoice in good time proved to be slightly problematic but was fully resolved eventually thanks to the EXCELLENT customer satisfaction orientation that Kevin showed.

Good Place
Great place to stay! It was nicely furnished and the room was a great size. The bed wasn't the most comfortable for me but that's subjective. I wish there was a door in between the bedroom and the bathroom, that was a bit odd. Other than that I would highly recommend it!

The location was amazing, you better have good driving skills, driving downtown Florence with narrow streets and lots of tourists in the way..... can be lets say somewhat challenging. The apartment was modern and clean and central, would stay there again.

Horrible Service
I have traveled around the world and never had a hotel experience like this. From the minute we arrived on Saturday evening, the air conditioner unit made a loud ticking noise, typically once every one-two minutes. When we looked inside the unit, we saw that there were exposed wires, which were concerning to us. We brought this to the attention of Kevin, our only hotel contact, that evening but he said nothing could be done until the next day and rushed out of the room. The noise was very annoying and made it difficult to sleep at night or to enjoy the room during the day. We reached out to Kevin by text/email multiple times during our stay, and responses were usually delayed by several hours. Ultimately we were told, essentially, that "that is just normal a/c noise. If you don't like it, turn off the a/c and sleep with the window open." Beyond the fact that that option meant listening to noise from the street below as well as mosquitos in the room, turning off the unit did not make the noise stop. Our last message to Kevin and a request to speak to his manager went unanswered. This "hotel" is in a great location and the room was fine, except for the malfunctioning a/c unit. I cannot recommend this place, however, because I felt that we were treated incredibly poorly. The noise in the room disrupted our sleep every night, and our frustrating interactions with Kevin put a damper on our time in Florence. No one from the hotel has apologized to us.

Perfect Florence Accomodations
Loved everything about this place. Very central location. Just a couple blocks from the Duomo. Picturesque streets. Great restaurants and shopping. Spacious, clean rooms. Amazing decor. Kevin was just a phone call away for any questions. He was very patient and accommodating. Great coffee and tea in common areas. Would definitely recommend these suites to friends and family.

Fabulous design, but not comfortable.
Pros: excellent location, walking distance to everywhere in Firenze. Nice restaurants nearby. The unit is very clean, and interior is fabulous. Cons: there is no door between bedroom and bathroom so... it's VERY awkward even though it was just my wife and me. Never seen anything like that.. is that a Firenze thing? Also, there was no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs, 3 stories. Worst part was the noise from outside. There is a bar that plays beer pong everyday(they even have a sign post outside saying beer pong everyday), and you will hear drunk people screaming everyday. And the wall is zero soundproof, it is as if they are shouting at you. I was only able to sleep after purchasing earplugs.

No private bathroom?!
Don't stay here. Unless you like being locked out of the hotel for 30 minutes on the street after a long train ride because the owner "forgot he changed the door code". Or if you like hauling your bags up three flights of narrow stairs. No elevator. Why would I stay here instead of a normal hotel? Well, I was under the impression this was a "suite" and had multiple rooms - they advertised a couch bed that my traveling partner could sleep on. My mistake. This is one narrow room, with a king sized bed, and then one little contraption that could best be called a "pullout chair" - not a pullout couch. Then - finally - you get up the stairs and into your room and want to handle your private business - like using the toilet or taking a shower - you realize that you have to send your partner out into the lobby because there is NO DOOR TO THE BATHROOM. There's not even a curtain. You can literally see the toilet from the bed. But hey, if you're the kind of person who doesn't mind if your partner sees you taking a dump, feel free to book this place! Otherwise, stay far, far away... Location is good though.

Perfect location
We were not met when we arrived inspire of having followed instructions. Expedia had given the hotel the wrong number for me, and the only number I had did not answer. Consequently we were in our room 3 hours after arrival. The guests need to be given alternative ways of getting in touch with the hotel "staff", e-mail address or mobile numbers. The concept is good, but needs refining and improving. There were coffee machines which were very difficult to operate. I managed to make coffee twice in a week. If you expect guests from the UK provide a kettle!!!. Rooms verse made up every other day which really is not good enough. The shower room/ toilet was very nice with one serious drawback. NO DOOR BETWEEN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM!!! Can you imagine a young couple on Honeymoon???

Large room with limitations
This is an apartment/condo with large room and comfortable settings. We stayed on 3rd floor with narrow stairs. Close to Duomo and train station. No English channels. No breakfast, but offer free coffee.

Great location
Arnobio suites are quirky and modern. It is basically a flat converted into 4 hotel rooms. There's no hotel reception but there's no real need for one. It's location is prime! 2 minute walk from the duomo and piazza del republika means you can walk to most places in a few minutes. It does mean though that it's not the quietest sleep you'll get but we didn't mind that tradeoff. Would highly recommend this place.

Ideal location right in the centre of Florence. Nicely designed room and overall very comfortable, great shower and couldn't fault the price. Even though this isn't a Hotel and therefore shouldn't be judged as such, there are a couple of things to consider - there is no door to divide toilet/shower area so you better not mind that and whilst the communal area with coffee machines was a nice idea, over two days never had a chance to use it as never any coffee pods available, shame.

Comfortable suite
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only down side is the bathroom was sort of open concept with no privacy doors. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and the apartment is close to the Hard Rock restaurant.

The apartment is very nice indeed. The location is superb, about a minute from the Duomo. The room is beautifully decorated and fitted with lovely furniture. The bed was superb, The air conditioning is excellent. The bathroom, including a huge and very efficient shower, was delightful. My problem was communication with the owners after booking. I wanted to check in late (around midnight). Only after booking did I learn that check-in is between 12.00 and 19.00. It took a lot of chasing via mobile (the phone number on the Arnobia site was never answered) and via email to get a response. In the end, my son, who was in Florence earlier than me, went to the apartment to pick up the keys, but even he never met anyone. All communication was done via texts! Two tiny things: there were two coffee machines in the entrance foyer. There were no instructions for using them. With another guest, I tried to get them to work but all we managed to receive was hot water. Also there was a very nice scented candle in my room, but no matches or lighter to light it. A disappointing oversight.

Llegamos y la habitación no estaba disponible, nos retrasaron el chek in más de dos horas con malas formas. Ese primer día el retrete estuvo estropeado y hacía constantemente ruído mientras que el lavabo no desaguaba. Al día siguiente, no pudimos hacer uso libre de nuestra habitación porque tuvieron que reparar el baño pero cuando al fin pudimos entrar en la habitación, el inodoro no funcionaba, no cargaba agua en la cisterna. Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento que no contestó nunca, expedia tampoco nos solucionó la situación. Conclusión: pagamos por una habitación en la que solo pudimos dormir, teniendo que ir al baño a otros establecimientos y en la que entraron personas sin nuestro consentimiento privándonos de su uso y sin que nadie se disculpase ni nos ofreciese una compensación u opción satisfactoria. Trato verdaderamente deplorabe.

Nice and kindly stay
Everything was nice and clean. The hotel is near to touristical places. It is recommended. The only disadvantage is they have no elevator however rooms are placed on 2nd floor so it is not really hard to carry in/out the luggages.

Das Personal ist nicht zuvorkommend. Es wurde nicht mitgeteillt dass wir ca 800 bis 900 Meter ausserhalb der Hotelanlag ein Parkaus auffinden müssen und zwischen 35 bis 40 Euro bezahlen. Zudem wurde nichts erwähnt das es keinen Aufzug hat. Mit 2 kleinen Kinder und all dem Gepäck im 3 Stock alles hinauf zu tragen ist schon mühsam und nicht optimal. Also Familien freundlich ist die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht. Allgemein nicht zum Weiterempfehlen.

Otelin konumu mükemmel, isterseniz deniz aracını kullanarak Venedik’te bulunan diğer adaları kolaylıkla gezebilirsiniz. Otelde oturmalik alanlar bulunuyor ayrıca kanalı gören kafesi de var. Temizlik oldukça yeterli. Her anlamla isteklerimi karşıladı, bi daha gelmek isteyeceğim bi yer.

A really nice place to stay in Florence. The location is its main selling point but the room is also very nice. Everything is present and the room was clean. We had no hassles with check in even though there's no reception.

ドゥオーモの近くでとてもいい立地。 部屋も広く綺麗です。口コミにあったガラス張りの洗面所はスモークガラスが貼ってあり、しっかりと対策されていた。Wi-Fiも快適で冷蔵庫もあり、また利用したいホテルでした。 シャワーのお湯が使いすぎると冷たくなるので、大勢の人数で泊まるときは注意が必要かも。 また、とても素晴らしいホテルですが、日本から予約するときは事前にホームページのメール宛にチェックイン時間を知らせる必要があります。 総合して、とても素晴らしいホテル。
