We do not see any personal team in 3 days and 2 nights. If you call them, they will charge you $50 per call. They do not provide you any whatsap number but we received several whatsap text asking for payments of city tax after we leave the property. We never see how to get the balcony showing in the promotional pictures. No elevator or it was close all the time.

Good Morning Mr. Vidal,Thank you for choosing our Aqa Palace for your stay in Florence.As reported in the description of our B&B we do not have a physical reception in the building that's why with the check in instructions we do provide our direct email address and our phone number to call during the day for any necessity.We apologize for the several messages you received after your check out but this situation could have been avoided if you did not left our property without finalizing the payment for the city tax.I would also inform you that the elevator worked correctly during your stay and the terrace you see in the pictures is part of one of our rooms and it's not accessible to everyone.We hope to have you again in the next future as our guest to appriciate our Aqa Palace.Best RegardsLapo
Stellar property, clean, spacious, well appointed.
Bathroom is larger than my spare bedroom with a huge shower.
Closet with abundant space.
Breakfast is beyond belief.
Staff is phenomenal.
If you visit Florance, this is the place to stay.
We absolutely loved our stay at AQA! Everything was perfect from the communication prior to our arrival to the room itself and everything in between. It was our first time driving a car in downtown Florence which was an adventure of its own, but the AQA staff made everything easy. Will definitely be back!
