Very special Hotel with unique decoration, lots of amenities. Location is excellent near the train station. It has a big underground parking that is not common in the area. Would definitely book again.

Excellent hotel. So different and distinct in styling. Loved the red bedroom. Bathroom products were excellent and nice touches with some complimentary treats. The lounge area was nice to relax in after a long day sightseeing, with a glass of Prosecco. Great location. Would definitely come back.

Great and quirky hotel with very friendly staff. Only had 1 meal at the hotel which was ok but preferred to eat out. Gym facilities were excellent but got very busy in the morning. Size of balcony was disappointing, room for 1!

We stayed in Hell. It was hilarious. Really good fun and completely whacky. Hotel is really convenient for all places of interest. Staff were outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were in excellent condition, nice and spacious as well as being decorated to a high standard. The addition of a free mini bar was an excellent added bonus too! All other facilities at the hotel were well maintained, including the gym, sauna, and also the cinema, which made the experience even better. We did not have any food whilst at the hotel, however, we did have a drink, and the drink and service were again to a high standard. The location of the hotel was excellent: very near the centre/ central tourist attractions, near plenty of restaurants/ shops, and also not far at all from the station. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Overall, you cannot go wrong with a 25Hours hotel. My only complaints would be that the thermostat was difficult to configure, and I wasn’t able to reduce it from 23c, making the nights a little uncomfortable. Additionally the pillows on offer are all soft and large, not great if you’re used to slightly firmer ones, as they did not offer any alternatives. Otherwise, the property itself is great; quirky, unique, well kept. Good facilities, nice dining areas, a great cafe and bakery.

No. 1 Florence hotel
I have stayed in many Florence hotels over the years and this is my favourite to date. Good location close to the station. Good size bedroom, very clean, modern and quiet. Lovely breakfast, good bar and friendly staff.

A Great Stay in Hell!
What a fun hotel! We stayed in hell, of course, and it couldn't have been cooler! The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The only cons were our shower leaked, but we didn't know until we got ready to pack up and leave...and everything we'd stored next to the shower was soaked... Also, apparently in hell the gym is heated, so if you're going in there, beware. It was so hot!

25 hours is a fun hotel in Florence! We stayed in the “hell” side and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean. The mini fridge was also stocked and free for guests with local goodies - we really enjoyed the local chocolate. Downstairs was also complete with a cafe, restaurant, and shopping which we enjoyed. The only item of note is the shower is directly in front of the toilet (not sure if this is all rooms or just our room) but the water went everywhere). Overall, I’d stay here again!

Well designed, could be even better
I really loved the design of the hotel, it's very clear that a lot of thought has gone into it with all the small touches. The downstairs is incredibly designed and feels very luxurious. I like the cafe, lobby, restaurant and bar areas they were ideal! The rooms were well designed. They could be better by improving the soundproofness. I could hear stomps on the ceiling on numerous occasions and when someone shut their door in the corridor the bed in my room shook. If these elements were improved then the hotel would dramatically improve.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed in the hotel staff were helpful and courteous and the rooms were magnificently appointed. All amenities and services were fabulous, I highly recommend this hotel

Unique concept boutique size hotel. Close to Santa Maria Novella train station. We like that it’s convenient to walk around the historic centre. It’s fairly new so everything still looks clean. Staff service was so so only. Reception staff stares at you blankly when you ask for directions. I had to smile very widely and say grazie mille to force some kind of smirk from the staff. Housekeeping did not manage to complete cleaning our room on two occasions when we returned to the hotel around 5 pm. Generally staff service is not that friendly. Had bad experience with service staff at the San Paolino cafe. They wrote a postcard saying they tried to reach me without success but it’s a lie cos no one reached out given the various modes of contact available. Unbelieveable! The room has concrete screed flooring which gets cold during the period of our stay - late November early December but no complimentary room slippers are provided. They also do not provide complimentary toilet amenities like tooth brushes, toothpaste, shower cap & bathrobe so be warned to pack these. Stay for the convenience of the location but do not expect to be wowed by their service quality.

Overall ok. Unique and different motif and took us by surprise! It has a heaven and hell themed rooms which was surprisingly different! Staff was great and friendly. Rooms was neat and roomy. Location was close to train station and restaurants. Restaurant downstairs was ok.

This was possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Super friendly staff, amazing facilities, super stylish and amazing location. If I had to fault it in any way I would suggest bath robes in the rooms just for that extra bit of comfort. Also, at 25 euros a head, breakfast was on the pricy side for what was on offer. That said, everything was pretty much impeccable. Staff could not go out of their way enough to help, even going as far as making reservations for us when we asked. The style of the hotel is quirky and fun. We will be returning without a doubt!

Such a cool property! Usually I avoid theme hotels but this was tastefully done. All the food options were great. The hotel is in a perfect location, 10 minute walk to all the best sights in Florence. I’ll be staying in other 25hour hotels for sure!
