"The room was great value for our stay. We stayed as an extended family, which included 4 children. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were responsive and helpful when needed. We stayed on a Monday, so outdoor noise was lower, but I could hear some outdoor traffic and chatter which did wake me. This was nothing that the provided ear plugs wouldn't have prevented. I would stay again. "

I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park. "Beautiful room. Easy to get to. Only issue we found was the shower pressure was definitely broken and the water would not heat up. Didn’t ruin everything though we all enjoyed ourselves. Thankyou :)"

"The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful."
